This 4-week hybrid course provides a comprehensive exploration of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for a range of mental health concerns. Participants will gain foundational knowledge of CBT theory, the cognitive model, and evidence-based strategies for assessing and addressing maladaptive thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
The course integrates theoretical frameworks with practical clinical skills, emphasizing assessment, case conceptualization, and treatment planning. Participants will learn to apply CBT interventions for depression, anxiety, stress-related disorders, and other common mental health conditions, including thought challenging, behavioral activation, exposure techniques, and problem-solving strategies.
The hybrid format combines live interactive sessions, recorded lectures, applied exercises, case consultations, and reflective assignments, equipping participants to implement CBT in individual, group, or family settings. Special emphasis is placed on tailoring interventions to client needs, monitoring treatment progress, and integrating culturally sensitive and ethical practices into care.
