Work Experience
In individual therapy sessions, Dr. Oni-Eseleh work with clients to explore and address the challenges that they face. Quite often, people seek help only after such challenges have begun to cause them emotional distress. Through therapy, significant breakthroughs are often possible and Dr. Oni-Eseleh's approach is always to work with clients to help them attain their goals.
Dr. Ohiro Oni-Eseleh is the author of the book When Loving Brings Pain: How to deal with hurtful feelings in your relationship. A significant portion of his work is with couples. He works with couples to identify, address and resolve even the most complex issues affecting their relationships.
All families experience challenges. In many cases, the help of a therapist is needed to sort through the challenges and attain improved functioning. Dr. Oni-Eseleh works with families to identify their challenges, explore the impact of those challenges on the functioning of the family unit and the functioning of individuals within the family. Then he helps families make the changes needed to attain desired improvement.
