COURSE DESCRIPTION
The social and mental health challenges that people struggle with are not restricted by geographical borders, or by race, nationality, social class, gender or creed. Those challenges tend to be intensifying as the social, economic and political issues facing our world increase.
For example, 18 percent of the United States population experience depression. That number is similar or higher in other parts of the world, including places where mental health issues are not being monitored or recorded.
This online course on how to cope with depression is one in a series of courses that I have designed to help people work through symptoms of depression in their own time and space.
